取压位置的正确与否影响着气体流量计的测量结果。文章选取DN80 mm的涡轮、罗茨和旋进漩涡3种气体流量计,在试验管段上不同位置处分别取压,并选择不同流量点进行试验,分析取压位置对不同类型流量计、不同流量点的仪表系数的影响。试验结果显示:不同取压位置对不同类型气体流量计的影响程度是不一致的,从小到大依次为罗茨、涡轮、旋进漩涡;同时,根据研究结论分别给出了3种类型气体流量计最佳取压方式的建议。
