一、端正经营思想,抢占有效市场。所谓有效市场,就是能给公司带来业务规模,给法人带来经济效益,给授权经营人带来预期费用,给持续经营带来长期稳定的市场。抢占有效市场关键是要掌控好4个成本:即风险成本,安全成本,时间成本和单位成本。
