温胆汤源于唐·孙思邈的《千金方》,主治“大病后,虚烦不得眠”。本方由半夏、陈皮、茯苓、甘草、竹茹、枳实组成。综观药物组成,是以半夏、陈皮、茯苓、甘草四味药燥湿化痰,和胃止呕,加入竹茹清膈上之热,枳实除三焦痰壅,相济相须,如是则不寒不燥而胆常温矣,故名曰温胆。临床应用治疗胆腑痰热上扰之虚烦不得眠,惊悸,胸闷,口苦呕涎,头目晕眩、幻见、幻闻、幻觉等症,疗效颇佳,现举案如下。
