目的研究异叶三宝木(Trigonostemon heterophyllus Merr.)枝条乙醇提取物的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱和RP-18柱色谱进行分离纯化,并根据波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从异叶三宝木中分离得到8个已知化合物,经波谱分析鉴定其结构为原儿茶酸甲酯(1)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯(2)、反式对羟基桂皮酸甲酯(3)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸(4)、jacareubin(5)、(+)-lyoniresinol(6)、表百脉根苷(7)和β-谷甾醇(8)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。滤纸片琼脂扩散法表明化合物5对于金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)和耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)有抑制作用。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the ethanol extract of Trigonostemon heterophyllus Merr. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and RP-18 column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data. Results Eight known compounds were isolated from the isolates of Sambo, and their structures were identified as protocatechuate (1), methyl 3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoate (2) (3), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid (4), jacareubin (5), (+) - lyoniresinol (6) Sitosterol (8). Conclusion The above compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time. Filter paper agar diffusion showed that compound 5 had an inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus (SA) and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).
