本文先从筛茶、红枣桂圆鸡蛋茶、合合茶、交杯茶、抬茶、回门茶等六个方面,对茶在湖湘农村婚庆中的存在与文化寓意作了简单梳理。之后从“茶的物质特性暗合了文化主体对美满婚姻的渴求与祝愿”;“认知伦理,以茶为媒,重塑湖湘农村和谐人际关系”;“充分利用与合理重组湖湘农村婚庆茶俗,纯化湖湘民俗、民风”三个方面重点写茶在湖湘农村婚礼中存在的文化价值发掘策略。
This paper first makes a brief review of the existence and cultural meaning of tea in rural wedding in Huxiang from six aspects, such as sieving tea, red dates longan egg tea, combined tea, cross cup tea, carrying tea and returning door tea. Since then, “the material characteristics of tea embody the cultural subject’s desire and wish for a happy marriage.” “Cognitive ethics, using tea as a medium and reshaping the harmonious interpersonal relationship in the rural areas of Huxiang”; “Making full use of and reasonable Reorganization of wedding customs in rural areas of Hunan and Huxiang, purification of Hunan customs, folk customs, ”focusing on three aspects of tea culture in rural Hunan Huxiang cultural value discovery strategy.
