学校教育,德育为先。学生的道德观处于人生观形成的初级阶段,可塑性强,也正是培养正确道德观的关键时期,因此小学教师必须针对学生这一成长年龄特点,采取科学的方法,引导学生树立正确的道德观。促进学生良好道德品质的形成,促进学生道德认识的内化和良好行为习惯的形成并具有适应社会的能力,是小学德育内容的重要组成部分。新课改倡导教育教学要关注学生的现实生活,关注学生的情感体验。因此德育工作也要从学生生活实际出发,引导学生用自己的眼睛观察,用自己的心灵感受,在教师的引领下,明辨是非,树立正确的道德观念。
School education, moral education first. Therefore, primary school teachers must adopt a scientific approach to guide students to establish a correct moral outlook in view of the characteristics of their growing age . It is an important part of primary school moral education to promote the formation of good moral quality, promote the internalization of students’ moral understanding and the formation of good behavior habit and have the ability to adapt to the society. New curriculum reform advocating education and teaching should pay attention to the students’ real life, concerned about the emotional experience of students. Therefore, the moral education work must also proceed from the actual student life and guide the students to observe with their own eyes and feel with their own souls. Under the guidance of teachers, they should distinguish right and wrong and establish correct moral concepts.
