通过测量正常颅骨颞颔关节多种投照方式的关节间隙宽度并进行统计学分析,证实了Schüllel's投照不能准确全面反应髁状突、关节窝的位置关系。讨论了髁状突内外移位以及这种移位与关节侧位X线投照所显示关节间隙宽度改变的关系。并提出了简便、可靠地髁状突内外移位的观察、测量方法,以及判断髁状突位置关系的X线投照原则和最佳投照组合。
By measuring the width of joint space of multiple projection methods of normal skull temporal joints and making statistical analysis, it is confirmed that Schüllel's projection can not accurately and comprehensively reflect the position relationship of condyles and glenoid fossa. The relationship between the internal and external displacement of the condyle and the change of the width of the joint space showed by this displacement and lateral X-ray projection was discussed. And put forward a simple and reliable observation of condylar process of internal and external shift, measurement methods, and to determine the relationship between the position of the condyles X-ray projection principle and the best projection combination.
