In this paper, the research progress of liquid chromatographic resolution of chiral organophosphorus compounds in recent years is reviewed. The indirect resolution and direct resolution methods, especially the application of various types of chiral stationary phase methods in the separation of organophosphorus compounds are introduced, and the corresponding resolution mechanism is discussed.
