本文通过研究梯度淋洗离子色谱法分析有机酸与无机阴离子、强保留与弱保留组分建立了最佳梯度程序。采取直接进样,最低检测限可达1 ug/L,对于大多数离子的相对标准偏差在5%以下。此方法可用于核电厂水汽系统中痕量低分子有机酸和无机阴离子的快速、准确分离。
In this paper, the optimal gradient program for the determination of organic acids and inorganic anions, strong retention and weak retention components was developed by studying gradient elution ion chromatography. Take direct injection, the minimum detection limit of up to 1 ug / L, for most ions relative standard deviation of 5% or less. This method can be used for the rapid and accurate separation of trace low molecular weight organic acids and inorganic anions in the water vapor system of a nuclear power plant.
