研究外界温度对射线病过程的影晌,对于了解机体对放射作用反应的一般规律性,具有理论和实际的意义。作者曾用120头雄白鼠作突验,以研究下列三个温度条件下的射线病过程,即1.高温(38°—41°),2.室温(25°—28°),3.中等度低温(2°—6°)。实验方法如下:将白鼠置于特制的三合板箱中,每6头为一组,以X线(700r)同时进行全身照射,照射后立即将其置于上述各种温度条件下,并如此饲养直至实验结束。每次突验时间视动物的一般状态而定,平均为30天。取下列各种指标作为试验:照射后白鼠生存率的百分比,体重的变化情况和死于射线病之动
