我们认为,先上仿型线切割,再上程序控制,这对于线切割工艺在生产中发挥作用见效较快。我们在自制仿型线切割时,原设计方案是采用双电机慢速走丝,线的移动速度为5~15毫米/秒。提高走丝速度是一个关键,我们改为单电机快速走丝,走丝速度在6~15米/秒范围内无级可调,提高了加工稳定性和生产率。我们认为快速走丝的优点是: 1.电蚀物可由高速移动的电极丝及时排出切割区,避免了因电蚀物堵塞而造成的短路。
