随着我国经济发展,交通事业迎来新发展,高墩大跨连续刚构桥因其施工方便、造价低廉和使用地形能力强等优点得到广泛应用。在一些地区,受地形条件制约,需要修建非常高的主墩和过渡墩,很多甚至超过了100m。本文结合某高过渡墩连续刚构桥,研究了该桥梁施工监控技术,分析施工过程中受力和位移,以确定合理的施工方案,并阐明施工技术对施工监控的影响,监控数据表明,该桥施工监控非常成功,与理论计算结果吻合较好,希望本文的工作可以为日后类似桥梁施工控制提供经验参考。
With the economic development in our country, the transportation industry ushers in new development. The high pier and long span continuous rigid frame bridge is widely used due to its advantages of convenient construction, low cost and strong capability of using terrain. In some areas, terrain conditions require the construction of very tall main and transitional piers, many even exceeding 100 meters. In this paper, with a continuous rigid frame bridge with a high transition pier, the bridge construction monitoring technology is studied, and the force and displacement during the construction process are analyzed to determine a reasonable construction plan and clarify the impact of construction technology on construction monitoring. Monitoring data show that Bridge construction monitoring is very successful, which is in good agreement with the theoretical calculation. It is hoped that the work in this paper can provide reference for the similar bridge construction control in the future.
