目的:探讨维稳官兵述情障碍水平及其影响因素。方法:随机整群抽取参加某地区维稳官兵1446例为观察组,未参加维稳官兵1197例为对照组,采用军人述情障碍量表对其进行述情障碍水平测评,并分析其影响因素。结果:观察组述情障碍总分值及各因子分值均非常显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组述情障碍总分、情感体验缺失因子和城乡因素呈显著负相关(P<0.05);躯体化倾向因子与军龄、城乡、职务3因素间,情感应对因子与城乡、文化程度2因素间呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,城乡因素进入以情感体验缺失因子、总分为应变量的回归方程;军龄、城乡因素进入以躯体化倾向因子为应变量的回归方程;文化程度因素进入以情感应对因子为应变量的回归方程。结论:维稳官兵述情障碍水平偏高,且与军龄、城乡和文化程度等因素有关。
Objective: To investigate the level of affection disorder and its influencing factors in the maintenance of stability officers and soldiers. Methods: A total of 1446 cases of stable officers and soldiers participating in a certain region were selected as the observation group and 1197 cases of non-stability officers and soldiers participated in the random cluster analysis. The military empathy disorder scale was used to evaluate the level of the affective disorder, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results: The total score and the scores of each factor in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between the total score of the affective disorder and the factors of urban and rural areas in the observation group (P <0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between the somatization tendency factor and the military age, urban and rural areas, the position of the three factors, emotional coping factors and urban-rural and rural educational level 2 factors There was a significant positive correlation (P <0.05). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that urban-rural factors entered the regression equation with emotion experiencing factor and total score as dependent variables. Army age, urban-rural factors entered the regression equation with somatization tendency factor as the dependent variable. Conclusion: The levels of empathy and disorder are very high in military officers and soldiers, and are related to military strength, urban and rural areas and educational level.
