体校的学生是一个与普通学校学生不太一样的群体,他们除了要进行正常的公共文化课程学校之外,还必须参加专业体育训练,从心理上到学校的时间安排上都要付出更多的努力。体校学生由于是体育专业特长的学生,他们对体育有比较大的热情,对于课外的训练比较有激情,但是,他们文化课的水平和程度各不相同,参差不齐,有待进一步提高。总之,体校的班级管理和普通学校的管理既有着共同的策略,又有着其独特性。作为体校的班主任或者其他管理人员必须充分认识到体校学生的生理特点和心理特点,有针对性地采取管理措施,提高体校学生文化课学校的热情和积极性,帮助学生处理好训练和文化学习之间的关系,均衡协调,促进其全面发展。本文对体校班级管理的有效措施进行了分析。
