研究了用三种热喷涂工艺制备的五种团聚型Al2O3·TiO2空心球状粉末涂层的性能。它们的共同特点是粉末沉积效率高,涂层孔隙率低。同时,也研究了某些涂层的摩擦学性能及其激光重熔后的特点。结果表明:该类涂层具有超低的摩擦系数,用于摩擦副减摩效果十分显著;激光重熔后的涂层不开裂,完全致密,其耐磨耐蚀性能较等离子涂层高一个数量级,具有深入研究的价值
The properties of five agglomerated Al2O3 · TiO2 hollow spherical powder coatings prepared by three thermal spraying processes were studied. Their common feature is the powder deposition efficiency, low coating porosity. At the same time, the tribological properties of some coatings and their characteristics after laser remelting have also been studied. The results show that the coating has an extremely low coefficient of friction and is very effective for reducing the friction of the friction pair. The laser remelted coating is not cracked and completely densified.
