高光防水相纸是由纸基、底层、吸墨层三部分组成的[1]。本文主要讨论的是用于吸墨层的分散液的制备。吸墨层由成膜性的高分子聚合物(binder)和纳米粒子(pigment)再加入一些助剂混合而成[2]。其中纳米粒子的预处理很重要,因为纳米粒子的表面能很高,从而很容易团聚,为了防止纳米粒子的团聚就需要对纳米粒子进行分散处理。本文在碱性条件下对氧化硅分散液的分散配方以及分散工艺进行了研究。并得出如下结论:所做分散液含15%的纳米级氧化硅、0.075%聚乙烯亚胺、0.75%的硅烷偶联剂以及0.1~1%的分散助剂。选用高速搅拌的方式进行分散,搅拌速度为8000r/min,搅拌时间为8min。按照该配方以及该工艺所做的分散液的稳定性比较好,而且用该分散液所做的高光防水相纸的光泽度在65度以上,防水效果很好。
High-gloss waterproof paper by the paper, the bottom, the ink layer composed of three parts [1]. This article focuses on the preparation of dispersions for the ink receptive layer. Ink-absorbing layer from the film-forming polymer binder and nanoparticles (pigment) and then add some additives mixed [2]. Among them, the pretreatment of nanoparticles is very important because the surface energy of the nanoparticles is very high, so that the nanoparticles can be agglomerated easily. In order to prevent the nanoparticles from agglomerating, the nanoparticles need to be dispersed. In this paper, the dispersion of silica dispersions in alkaline conditions and dispersion process were studied. The conclusions were drawn as follows: The dispersion prepared contains 15% nano-scale silica, 0.075% polyethyleneimine, 0.75% silane coupling agent and 0.1 ~ 1% dispersion aid. Selection of high-speed mixing method for dispersion, stirring speed of 8000r / min, stirring time of 8min. The stability of the dispersion prepared according to the formula and the process is better, and the gloss of the glossy light-proof paper made with the dispersion is more than 65 degrees, and the waterproof effect is very good.
