随着市场经济的不断发展和我国企事业单位改革进程的不断深入,公共部门人力资源管理越来越重要。公共部门人力资源管理在整个社会的人力资源管理中具有重要的位置,同时也对公共机构的协调长期可持续发展有重要作用。随着公共部门管理价值观的日益体现,人力资源的管理工作逐渐成为一项不可或缺的内容,为公共部门的人力资源战略、现代功绩制、职能流动等提供了理论基础。但是在现行的公共部门人力资源管理中还存在着很多问题,在很大程度上限制了我国公共部门人力资源管理的发展,需要对公共部门人力资源进行及时地优化和调整。本篇文章主要针对公共部门人力资源管理的理论与实践前沿问题进行相应的探究,通过在实际研究中发现问题,并制定相应的问题解决问题,从而全面优化公共部门人力资源管理。
With the continuous development of the market economy and the deepening of the reform process in China’s enterprises and institutions, human resources management in the public sector is becoming more and more important. Public sector human resources management plays an important role in the human resources management of the entire society and at the same time plays an important role in coordinating the long-term sustainable development of public institutions. With the increasing reflection of the management values of the public sector, the management of human resources has gradually become an indispensable element, providing a theoretical basis for the human resource strategy, modern merit system and function flow in the public sector. However, there are still many problems in the current human resources management in the public sector, which greatly limits the development of human resources management in the public sector in our country. The human resources in the public sector need to be optimized and adjusted in a timely manner. This article mainly probes into the frontier problems of theory and practice of human resource management in the public sector. By finding the problems in the actual research and formulating the corresponding problem solving problems, the paper optimizes the human resources management in the public sector in an all-round way.
