在大学扩招、大班教学的情况下,如何对待学生的英语作文?改还是不改?学生英语作文中,总会存在着这样或那样的错误问题,是纠正这些错误,还是不去管这些错误?不同的英语教师有着不同的看法。本文通过对是否纠正学生写作中的错误的两种截然不同的观点的阐述,提出英语教师不仅应该纠错,而且还要注意纠错的对象和纠错的方法,做到对不同语言能力程度的学生所犯的写作错误作不同的对待,从而达到提高学生写作水平的目的。
In the case of university enrollment expansion and large class teaching, how to deal with students’ English composition? Change or not? Students in English composition, there will always be one or the other wrong problem, to correct these errors, or do not ignore these errors? Different English teachers have different opinions. This article elaborates on whether to correct two kinds of completely different views in student writing. It is proposed that English teachers should not only correct errors, but also pay attention to the object of error correction and the method of correcting errors, so that they can achieve different levels of language ability. The writing mistakes made by the students are treated differently so as to achieve the goal of improving students’ writing skills.
