目的 :分析新疆维吾尔 (维 )、哈萨克 (哈 )、锡伯、汉族中学生心理健康状况。 方法 :采用SCL 90症状自评量表对 10 2 3名新疆民汉族学生进行评估。 结果 :汉族组强迫症状、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子分均显著高于中国常模 (P <0 .0 1) ;锡伯族组抑郁因子分显著低于中国常模 (P <0 .0 1) ;维族组强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、偏执因子分显著低于中国常模 (P <0 .0 1) ;哈族组强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、敌对、偏执因子分显著低于中国常模 ,(P <0 .0 1) ;而锡伯、维、哈族三个民族的恐怖因子分均显著高于中国常模 (P <0 .0 1)。北疆不论男、女中学生汉族组SCL 90各因子分显著高于维族组 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。南疆汉族组男中学生焦虑、恐怖因子分低于维族组 ,躯体化因子分高于维族组 (P <0 .0 1,或P <0 .0 5 ) ;汉族组女中学生强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、敌对、偏执、精神病性因子分均高于维族组 (P <0 .0 1,或P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 :哈萨克族中学生的整体心理健康水平最高 ,依次为维吾尔族、锡伯族 ,汉族 ;北疆中学生及南疆维族女中学生的心理素质比汉族好 ;南疆汉族男中学生心理素质比维族好。
Objective: To analyze the mental health status of Xinjiang Uighur, Kazak (Ha), Xibe and Han nationality middle school students. Methods: A total of 1022 Min Han students were evaluated by using the SCL 90 Symptom Checklist 90 Results: The scores of obsessive-compulsive symptoms, anxiety, hostility, horror, paranoid and psychotic factors in Han nationality group were significantly higher than those in China (P <0.01). The depression factor scores in Xibe ethnic group were significantly lower than those in China (P < 00 1). The scores of obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and paranoid factors in Uygur were significantly lower than those in Chinese norm (P <0.01). The Uygur group had obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility and paranoid factors (P <0.01). The terrorist scores of Xibe, Victoria and Kazak ethnic groups were significantly higher than those of Chinese norm (P <0.01). The factor scores of SCL 90 in Han and Han nationality groups in northern Xinjiang were significantly higher than those in Uygur group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). The scores of anxiety and terror factors in male students in Hanjiang ethnic group were lower than those in Uygur group (P <0.01 or P <0.05) , Depression, hostility, paranoid and psychotic factors were higher than Uygur group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion: The overall mental health of Kazak middle school students is highest, followed by Uygur, Xibe and Han nationality students. Middle school students in North Xinjiang and Uygur female students in South Xinjiang have better psychological quality than Han nationality students.
