针对MTP固定床反应器床层压差激增的现象,分别以空隙率不同的新鲜MTP催化剂和破碎催化剂为实验对象,考察气体流速与床层压差的关系。结果表明,床层压差与气体流速的平方呈正比,且与催化剂的空隙率密切相关。反应器下线检修发现,装填催化剂的格栅脱落造成两级催化剂床层短接,反应物料流速急剧增高,且部分催化剂破碎严重。证实了反应器床层压差激增是气体流速变大和催化剂空隙率下降两方面共同作用的结果。
In view of the phenomenon that the differential pressure in the bed of MTP fixed bed reactor increases sharply, the relationship between the gas flow rate and the bed pressure difference is investigated with fresh MTP catalyst and broken catalyst with different porosity respectively. The results show that the bed differential pressure is proportional to the square of the gas flow rate, and is closely related to the porosity of the catalyst. Reactor off-line inspection found that the grid filled with catalyst shedding caused two catalyst bed short circuit, the sharp increase in the flow rate of the reaction material, and some of the catalyst broken serious. Confirmed reactor bed pressure differential surge is the gas flow rate increases and the catalyst porosity decreases both results.
