目的:观察长脉宽1 064 nm激光联合5%盐酸阿莫罗芬搽剂治疗甲真菌病的临床疗效。方法:甲真菌病患者106例随机分为观察组与对照组各53例。对照组采用5%盐酸阿莫罗芬搽剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合长脉宽1 064 nm激光治疗。两组疗程均为6个月。比较两组患者治疗疗效、病区甲板长度和健区甲板长度、真菌清除情况及药品不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为90.57%,真菌清除率为86.79%,两项指标均高于对照组(75.47%和67.92%,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者病区甲板长度明显减少,健区甲板长度明显增加(P<0.05);且观察组患者病区甲板长度和健区甲板长度均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。两组均未见药品不良反应发生。结论:长脉宽1 064 nm激光联合5%盐酸阿莫罗芬搽剂治疗甲真菌病临床效果显著,安全可靠,具有重要研究价值。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of long-pulse width 1 064 nm laser combined with 5% amorolfine hydrochloride liniment in the treatment of onychomycosis. Methods: 106 cases of onychomycosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 53 cases. The control group was treated with 5% amorolfine hydrochloride liniment, and the observation group was treated with long-pulse width 1 064 nm laser on the basis of the control group. Two courses of treatment are 6 months. The curative effect of the two groups was compared, the length of the deck of the ward and the length of the deck of the health area, the removal of fungi and the adverse reactions of the drugs. Results: The total effective rate was 90.57% in the observation group and 86.79% in the fungus. Both indexes were higher than those in the control group (75.47% vs 67.92%, P <0.05). After treatment, the deck length of the ward in the two groups significantly decreased, and the length of the deck in the health area increased significantly (P <0.05). The length of the deck and the length of the deck in the observation area were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). No adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups. CONCLUSION: Long-pulse-width 1 064 nm laser combined with 5% amorolfine hydrochloride liniment has a significant clinical effect of treating onychomycosis, is safe and reliable, and has important research value.
