分析砌块振动成型系统的作用原理,按照成型块材的整体质量和分散质量,建立了两种振动数学模型,利用Matlab/simulink仿真软件进行了仿真分析。结果显示采用传统方式计算的参振质量,对系统进行工艺参数制定时存在较大误差;提出了分析颗粒物料振动过程的新模型,为精确估算参振质量,制定工艺的提供参考依据,可用于优化混凝土砌块(砖)成型机的工艺参数。
Based on the analysis of the action principle of block vibration molding system, two kinds of vibration mathematical models are established according to the integral quality and dispersion quality of formed block, and the simulation analysis is carried out by Matlab / simulink simulation software. The results show that the traditional method of parametric vibration has great errors in the formulation of process parameters. A new model for analyzing the vibration of granular materials is proposed, which can provide a reference for accurately estimating the quality of vibration and making the process. Optimize the process parameters of concrete block (brick) molding machine.
