目的探讨混合肠内营养(EN)支持对老年脑卒中患者营养状况的影响。方法将69例老年脑卒中患者随机分为观察组35例和对照组34例。观察组采用传统推注普通匀浆膳+持续输注能全力肠内营养混悬液,对照组采用传统推注普通匀浆膳。观察两组患者营养支持前后各项营养指标的变化并比较疗效。结果观察组营养支持后第7、14d总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、血红蛋白(HGb)水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取传统推注匀浆膳加持续输注肠内营养混悬液的混合肠内营养支持方式,能增加老年脑卒中患者摄入量,提高血清蛋白水平,改善机体的营养状况。
Objective To investigate the effect of mixed enteral nutrition (EN) support on nutritional status of elderly patients with stroke. Methods Sixty-nine elderly patients with stroke were randomly divided into observation group (35 cases) and control group (34 cases). The observation group used the traditional bolus ordinary homogenate meal + continuous infusion of enteral nutrition suspension, the control group using the traditional bolus ordinary homogenate meal. Before and after nutritional support in both groups were observed changes in nutritional indicators and compare the efficacy. Results The levels of total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), prealbumin (PA) and hemoglobin (HGb) in the observation group at 7 and 14 days after operation were significantly higher than those in the control group ). CONCLUSION: The traditional enteral nutrition support method of continuous infusion of enteral nutrition suspension by traditional bolus homogenization plus diet can increase the intake of elderly patients with stroke, increase serum protein level and improve the nutritional status of the body.
