肺心病与冠心病都是中老年的常见病。近年来发现两者伴发机会较多,其病死率较单纯肺心病为高。两者并存时在治疗和预后上与单纯肺心病不相同。由于两者症状互相掩盖,增加了病情的复杂性,给临床诊断带来了一定的困难。目前对两病伴发尚缺乏统一诊断标准,为提高基层医院对肺心病伴发冠心病的诊断水平,现将肺心病伴冠心病时临床有关的几个问题综述如下。
Pulmonary heart disease and coronary heart disease are common in the elderly.
