在冶金行业轧钢工程设计中,建筑、结构方案的选择受到工程工期、总投资、国家规范、环境等因素的制约。同时,建筑、结构方案的合理选取直接决定了工程工期、总投资以及工程能否与周边环境相协调。以获得2011年度全国冶金行业优秀工程设计一等奖的某1 450mm热轧不锈带钢工程为例,系统地阐述了确定此类热轧带钢工程的建筑、结构方案需考虑的问题,另还阐述了某些复杂节点巧妙处理的做法,可供有关工程技术人员参考。
In the metallurgical industry, the choice of construction and structural solutions is subject to the constraints of the project duration, total investment, national regulations and environment. At the same time, the rational selection of architectural and structural solutions directly determines the project duration, total investment and whether the project can be coordinated with the surrounding environment. Taking a 1 450mm hot rolled stainless steel strip project winning the first prize of the 2011 National Excellent Engineering Design of the Metallurgical Industry as an example, the issues to be considered in determining the construction and structural schemes of such hot strip engineering are expounded systematically. Also elaborated some complex node clever approach, for engineering and technical personnel for reference.
