减轻发动机零部件的重量并提高其工作能力,不可避免地会引起发动机主要零部件动负荷的增加,首先是引起曲轴动负荷的增加。在发动机一般的工作状况下,动负荷的增加会增大对曲轴纵向弯曲振动和扭转振动的影响。之所以会产生这种现象,是由于较高次谐波能量的增加,以及可能与动力装置工作转速引起共振的能量增加了的缘故。由曲轴振动所引起的附加应力对发动机工作的可靠性极为不利,它会使发动机的使用寿命降低。
