按照国家特种设备焊接操作人员考核细则的要求,起重机械主要受力结构(部)件的焊接人员必须进行焊接操作技能考试,并具体规定了焊接操作技能考试采用焊接试件并且进行检验评定的方法进行,所以结合起重机械主要受力结构件的焊接工艺,合理规划和建设焊接人员培训和检验评定实验室有着重要意义,本文以国家桥架类及轻小型起重机械质检中心焊接培训中心建设为契机,构建符合起重机械主要受力结构件焊接工艺特点的焊接培训中心,包括焊接培训中心定位、培训项目设置、培训方法和设备配置、达到的目标和效果等。
