目的优化养精种玉汤的提取工艺,并考察合煎液和单煎液中马钱苷、芍药苷和阿魏酸的变化。方法采用正交试验法优选工艺,并在同一色谱条件下进行3种成分的HPLC测定,其中马钱苷、芍药苷的检测波长为230nm,阿魏酸的检测波长为316 nm。结果 最佳提取条件为用6倍量水提取3次,每次1 h。结论优选工艺稳定可行,合煎液中的马钱苷、芍药苷和阿魏酸量较单煎液均有不同程度的提高。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Yangjing Jade Decoction and investigate the changes of loganin, paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in Jiujiang Decoction and Decoction. Methods The orthogonal test was used to optimize the method. The HPLC determination of three components was carried out under the same chromatographic conditions. The detection wavelength of loganin and paeoniflorin was 230 nm and the detection wavelength of ferulic acid was 316 nm. Results The best extraction conditions were 6 times the amount of water extracted three times, each time 1 h. Conclusion The optimal process is stable and feasible. The contents of loganin, paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in combined decoction are all improved to some extent.
