文章结合北京市周边区县和新城高速公路及国道联络线路网规划,在对现状高速公路及国道联络线的详细调查的基础上,针对各区县发展需求和各区县道路网络如何融入主城,提出了北京周边区县高速公路及国道联络线的建设原则、建设思路、建设目标、建设方案和建设计划,最后对高速公路及国道联络线的实施效果进行了评价,并提出相应的政策措施,可为其他特大型城市周边区县和局部地区的路网完善提供参考。
