本文利用十种生物素化凝集素(UEA-I、RCA-I、DBA、PSA、PNA、BSL、LCA、SBA、WGA和ConA)为探针,对不同股龄(8W、14W、20W、28W及32W)胎儿食管上皮的糖复合物进行凝集素组织化学研究,10%福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋切片,ABC法染色,结果显示,UEA-I在不同胎龄(20W除外)食管上皮各部位呈现强阳性反应,而在20W时为阴性;DBA仅在20W时于食管腔面的上皮细胞表现阳性反应;RCA-I对不同胎龄食管上皮各部均呈阳性反应;PSA仅于32W时在食管上皮各部表现为阳性反应;BSL只对不同胎龄食管近腔面上皮细胞着色,而基底部细胞则不着色;WGA在胚胎各阶段食管上皮基底部细胞及腔面细胞表现阳性反应,而它们之间的上皮细胞反应较弱;ConA于胚胎8W、14W及20W时,在腔面上皮细胞反应最强,中层次之,基底部最弱,而28W时腔面上皮为阴性反应,其余阳性,32W时上应各部均为强阳性反应;LCA、PNA和SBA在胚胎各阶段均呈阴性反应.因此,在胚胎食管上皮的发育过程中,持续存在含[β-(1—4)—D-GlcNAc]_2
