为主动适应国家积极推广政府与社会资本合作模式(PPP)的需要,促进政府和社会资本合作模式的推行,为PPP项目顺利实施保驾护航,贸仲委成立政府与社会资本合作争议仲裁中心(以下简称“PPP仲裁中心”),专门处理政府与社会资本合作争议。PPP仲裁中心的特点独立性“PPP仲裁中心”独立于行政机关,其办案不受行政机关的干涉。秉承贸仲委仲裁员队伍全国性和国际化的特点,处理相关争议的仲裁员,均不代表任何一方当事人,保持独立和公正。
