三月三节(农历三月初三)是海南省黎族苗族人民最盛大的民间传统节日,也是海南黎族人民悼念勤劳勇敢的祖先,表达对爱情幸福向往的传统节日。是国务院批准列入的第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录,是黎族千百年流传下来的文化资源。为了更好地宣传白沙,促进白沙茶产业发展,2016年4月9—11日,“三月三”节庆期间,白沙黎族自治县政府连同海南省茶叶学会、海南省茶业协会共同举办首届“云上白沙”
March 3 (the third day of the third lunar month) is the most grand folk festival for the Li and Miao peoples in Hainan Province.
