桌上放着点心,孩子们一起洗好手,找个座位坐下,吃完规定的点心,一起开始新一轮的活动……不可否认,传统的用点心方式为保教工作的组织提供了便利,也培养了孩子们定时定量的饮食习惯,然而这样的做法也限制了孩子们的自由。于是,我们不断地调整、总结,逐渐使常规与自由融为一体。第一次调整在每桌放上各种饼干,孩子们可以自己选择座位和邻座同伴,自由选择自己喜欢的食物,自由掌握进食速度,避免了不,必要的等待。第二次调整我们把晚间吃点心、自选游戏、生活活动结合起来,让孩子自由调控。在6点半至7点半一个小时内幼儿可以自己选择先吃还是先玩,我们会在7点15分左右用八音盒
