本文在摇瓶培养的基础上,应用气升内环流反应器、鼓泡式反应器和机械搅拌通气反应器进行昆虫病原斯氏线虫A24品系的液体培养研究。结果显示,气升内环流反应器最适合于线虫的培养,不仅产量高而且线虫侵染率亦高。同时在气升式反应器中研究了通气强度对线虫培养的影响,得出最佳培养条件,即前期通气量1.0vvm,中期通气量0.8vvm,后期通气量1.5vvm。
In this paper, on the basis of shake flask culture, the liquid culture of the entomopathogenic nematode A24 strain was studied by gas-lift internal loop reactor, bubbling reactor and mechanical agitation aeration reactor. The results show that the gas-lift internal circulation reactor is the most suitable for the culture of nematodes, which not only has high yield but also high nematode infection rate. At the same time, the influence of aeration intensity on nematode culture was studied in airlift reactor, and the optimal culture conditions were obtained, that is, the initial ventilation 1.0vvm, the medium ventilation 0.8vvm and the late ventilation 1.5vvm.
