目的 :探讨高频超声图像和 CDFI表现结合病理学基础 ,对乳腺癌的诊断与鉴别诊断规律。方法 :对12 8例经手术病理证实为乳腺癌的高频声像图与病理结果进行了回顾性对比分析。结果 :乳腺癌的高频声像图表现 ,如肿块的边界、内部回声、肿块数目、钙化、衰减及彩色血流的表现 ,均与病理改变有一定的关系。结论 :高频超声和CDFI结合病理学基础诊断乳腺癌 ,能对乳癌的图像有更进一步的认识 ,并能提高诊断腺符合率。
Objective: To explore the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast cancer by combining high-frequency ultrasound images and CDFI performance with pathological basis. METHODS: Retrospective comparative analysis was performed on 128 high-frequency sonographic and pathological findings of breast cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology. RESULTS: The high-frequency sonographic appearances of breast cancer, such as the boundary of the mass, internal echo, mass number, calcification, attenuation, and color flow, were all related to pathological changes. Conclusion : High-frequency ultrasound and CDFI combined with pathological basis for diagnosis of breast cancer can have a better understanding of breast cancer images and can improve the diagnostic matching rate.
