为解决新疆沙吉海矿区极其罕见的极松散砾石层煤层直接顶板支护难题,对砾石层顶板岩石的粒径分布、矿物成分和抗压强度等特性进行了分析。结合现场工程实际,针对其特性设计了一种新型支护体系——无腿棚复合支护,通过理论计算和数值模拟确定了合理的支护参数。现场模拟试验验证了该支护方式的可靠性,现场应用效果良好,为类似地质条件下的巷道支护提供了有效的工程实践经验。
In order to solve the problem of direct roof support of rare loose gravel seam in Shajhai mining area in Xinjiang, the characteristics of particle size distribution, mineral composition and compressive strength of the top rock of gravel layer were analyzed. According to the field engineering practice, a new type of support system - legless shed composite support was designed according to its characteristics. The reasonable support parameters were determined by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation. The on-the-spot simulation test verified the reliability of the supporting method and the field application effect was good, which provided effective engineering practice experience for roadway support under similar geological conditions.
