由于我国东部地区和西部地区区际间资源禀赋性差异较大，国民经济二元结构明显，实现区域经济联合既是资源共享的需要，又是实现共同富裕的需要。根据东西发展的基础条件不同和资源禀赋性差异，其经济联合主要应该采用５种模式，并应从各自实际出发，发挥优势，互助合用。 Due to the great difference in resource endowments between regions in the eastern and western regions of China, the dualistic structure of the national economy is obvious. To achieve regional economic cooperation is not only the need of resource sharing but also the need of realizing common prosperity. According to the different basic conditions for the development of things and the differences in resource endowments, the five major modes of economic cooperation should be adopted. They should proceed from their own respective realities and play their respective advantages and cooperate with each other.
