法国马克思主义理论家雅克·比岱以两种契约模式对马克思主义理论进行了政治哲学诠释 ,他以马克思对资本主义社会的批判为基础 ,对 2 0世纪末的历史现象进行了分析和思考 ,从市场契约的角度批判了 2 0世纪自由主义的政治理论基础 ,对前苏联式的传统社会主义从政府组织契约的意义上进行了分析 ,同样把它看作是产生阶级的因素。他认为在社会公共生活领域 ,建立直接商议的民主程序 ,是克服两种中介契约模式的弊端 ,并实现真正自由和平等的方式
Jacques Benedict, a French Marxist theorist, made a political and philosophical interpretation of Marxist theory in two modes of contract. Based on Marx’s critique of capitalist society, he analyzed and thought about the historical phenomena at the end of the 20th century. From The angle of market contract criticizes the political theory foundation of 20th century liberalism, analyzes the meaning of the former Soviet Union’s traditional socialism from the contract of government organization, and also regards it as the factor of class. He believes that the establishment of a democratic process of direct deliberation in the field of social public life is a way to overcome the drawbacks of the two modes of agency contract and to achieve genuine freedom and equality
