用不同浓度的赤霉病麦粒浸出液供作小麦种子萌动露白所需的水分,结果显示,不同浓度的浸出液对小麦种子的萌动露白有不同的抑制作用,浓度较高的浸出液对种子的抑制作用较强,种子的露白数较少,浓度较低的浸出液对种子的抑制作用较弱,种子露白数较多。此结果可望用于小麦育种实践,对F代群体抗赤霉病性的初步筛选,以及对感赤霉病品种的抗性改良
The results showed that different concentrations of leaching solution had different inhibitory effects on germination and dew of wheat seeds.
