2014年暑假连续发生多起女大学生被害的案件,然而社会舆论却不去分析社会治理的失败,却反过来对被害的女大学生横加指责。女大学生被害的背后除了自身的处理不当,还有更深刻的社会治安缺陷、家庭和学校教育欠缺、舆论导向失误等原因。将本应社会全体承担的责任全加于被害的女大学生身上是极其不当的,在预防女大学生被害的政策选择上,也要经过全方位的分析,对症下药。
In the summer of 2014, there were many cases of female university students being killed in succession. However, public opinion did not analyze the failure of social governance, but in turn accused the female students who were killed. Behind the victimization of female students in addition to their own improper handling, there are more profound social security defects, lack of family and school education, public opinion-oriented errors and other reasons. It is extremely improper to put the responsibility assumed by the entire society on the victimized female university students. On the policy choice of preventing the female university students from being killed, they also have to go through all-round analysis to remedy the problem.
