为解决具有大滞后、非线性和时变性等特点的叶片回潮机烟叶水分调节的难题,改进了原有的单闭环控制方式,采用了基于模糊自适应PID的双闭环控制方式,外环水分控制利用模糊规则进行决策推理,实现了对PID控制器参数的实时优化,而内环控制采用了流量闭环控制算法。结果表明,采用双闭环控制算法使得:1料头超调量小,水分标准偏差减小;2水分调节响应快,系统稳态性能改善,过程能力指数提升。综合分析,基于模糊自适应PID的双闭环控制对烟叶水分的调节具有更好的动态和静态性能。
In order to solve the problem of leaf moisture regain in leaf rewinder with large delay, non-linearity and time-varying characteristics, the original single closed-loop control method is improved. Double closed-loop control method based on fuzzy adaptive PID control is adopted. The results show that the double closed-loop control algorithm makes: 1 small head overshoot, water standard deviation decreases; 2 moisture regulation response, the system steady-state performance improvement, the process capability index increased. Comprehensive analysis, based on fuzzy adaptive PID double closed-loop control of tobacco moisture regulation has better dynamic and static performance.
