本文对两种不同蛋白质组成类型花生的子叶总蛋白 3个主要组分 ,花生球蛋白、伴花生球蛋白 和伴花生球蛋白 进行了部分纯化 ,并进行了氨基酸分析。它们的氨基酸组成研究表明 ,这两种类型花生的子叶总蛋白中及其 3个主要组分均含有 1 7种氨基酸 ,包括 8种必需氨基酸 ,其中天冬氨酸、谷氨酸和精氨酚含量为最高 ,约为总量的 45 % :而甲硫氨酸含量和半胱氨酸水平都极低。在这 3个主要组分中 ,花生球蛋白的甲硫氨酸含量最低 ,伴花生球蛋白 次之 ,伴花生球蛋白 最高。高甲硫氨酸类型品种 (汕油 5 2 3)其花生球蛋白、伴花生球蛋白 和伴花生球蛋白 的甲硫氨酸含量均显著高于海花 1号的对应组分的甲硫氨酸含量
In this paper, three main components of total cotyledon protein of peanut, peanut globulin, peanut globulin and ecoglobulin were purified from two different protein types and their amino acids were analyzed. Their amino acid composition studies showed that these two types of peanut cotyledon total protein and its three major components contain 17 kinds of amino acids, including eight kinds of essential amino acids, including aspartic acid, glutamic acid and arginine The highest content, about 45% of the total: the methionine content and cysteine levels are very low. Of the three major components, peanut globulin had the lowest content of methionine, followed by peanut globulin and highest with peanut globulin. The content of methionine in peanut globulin, concomitant globulin and concomitant globulin of high methionine type (Shanyou 523) was significantly higher than that of the corresponding component of Hahua 1 content
