2003年4月11日至12日,全国省级老龄办主任会议在北京召开。民政部部长李学举作工作报告,民政部副部长、全国老龄办常务副主任李宝库主持会议,各省区市、计划单列市、新疆建设兵团以及全国老龄办直属单位负责人共100多人参加了会议。这次会议的主要任务是:高举十六大旗帜,传达学习全国老龄工作委员会第五次全体会议精神,提高认识,统一思想,交流经验,总结去年的工作,部署今年的任务。会议提出了新时期老龄工作的总体思路和具体要求,对做好老龄工作具有重要的指导意义。
From April 11 to April 12, 2003, the director meeting of provincial Aging Offices was held in Beijing. Ministry of Civil Affairs Minister Li Xueju for work report, Vice Minister of Civil Affairs, Deputy Director of the National Bureau of Aging Li Bao library presided over the meeting, provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, Xinjiang Construction Corps and the National Bureau of Aging units directly under the head of a total of more than 100 people attended the meeting . The main tasks of this meeting are to hold high the banner of the 16th CPC National Congress, convey the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the National Committee on Aging, raise awareness, unify our thinking, exchange experiences, sum up last year’s work and deploy this year’s mission. The meeting proposed the overall mentality and specific requirements for aging work in the new era and has an important guiding significance for doing well the work of aging.
