基于腹泻性贝毒(DSP)中大田软海绵酸(OA)能够抑制磷酸酶活力的特点,建立了一种利用磷酸酶活力变化检测贝类中大田软海绵酸的快速方法。结果表明:应用抑制磷酸酶法对腹泻性贝类毒素检测,具有检测限低(定性检测限和定量检测限分别为30.3μg/kg和70.3μg/kg),与HPLC和小鼠生物试验法相一致的优点,对于监控海产食品中腹泻性贝类毒素具有重要的现实意义。
