2011年9月份以来,面对钢铁市场的又一轮严重危机,河北钢铁集团唐钢公司秉承“我们左右不了市场,但可以左右自身工作”、“做市场危机最大赢家”的理念,深刻理解学习型组织的内涵,以创新型文化推动理念创新、管理创新,主动转变生产组织模式,全面提升企业成本控制力,到今年一季度,唐钢生产成本实现历史性突破:公司本部实现吨钢成本降低400元、三大子公司实现吨钢成本降低300元的挖潜增效目标,提前达到全年挖潜增效50亿元水平的阶段性目标。
