1978我国政府为了促进社会主义经济的发展,制定了改革开放的伟大国策,开始对外打开大门,从国际上引进了先进的科学技术和管理经验,这大大的促进了我国经济的快速发展。2001年,我国进一步打开对外开放的大门,加入了世界贸易组织,使得我国在国际舞台上的地位更加牢固。但是,对外开放也是一把双刃剑,它在为我国经济发展带来无限机遇的同时,也使得大量的外资企业涌入我国,给我国的本土企业带来了巨大的挑战。在社会主义经济的发展过程中,有许多非营利组织为其发展服务,共同促进社会主义现代化的发展。本文针对当下非营利组织人力资源管理进行分析和讨论,并提出若干建议,仅供大家参考。
In 1978, our government, in order to promote the development of the socialist economy, formulated the great national policy of reform and opening up, started to open the door to the outside world and introduced advanced science and technology and management experience from abroad.
