为了提高气体换向阀的可靠性,降低成本,将阀杆材料由黄铜改为LY—12铝合金,然后对阀杆进行硬质阳极氧化处理,获得一层耐磨性较好的氧化膜。经实践证明,铝质阀杆经硬质阳极氧化处理,是提高质量,降低成本的可行方法。
