石材吊顶被广泛应用于大型建筑的公共空间装饰工程中,石材吊顶板材一旦脱落便会严重威胁人民生命财产安全。但受市场环境和施工现场等诸多客观不利因素的影响,工程实践中对石材的安全把关不到位的现象普遍存在。施工技术人员需要一种简便易行、严谨规范的方法,对石材吊顶板材进行安全性核算,才能克服这些客观存在的不利影响,以保障石材吊顶的安全。本文以室内短槽式石材吊顶板材为研究对象,依照《金属与石材幕墙工程技术规程》的相关规定,推导出石材吊顶板材面积需要满足的条件公式。在对公式分析的基础上,提出了判定石材吊顶板材安全性能判定的新方法,即:以最大允许面积为判定石材吊顶板材安全性的衡量标准,通过该衡量标准与选用石材规格的对比结果来判定吊顶板材是否安全。以此为基础,作者在Excel电子表格平台上,设计了短槽式石材吊顶安全性判定程序(SCSD电子表格),实现了该判定方法的电算化。该SCSD判定程序能助力技术人员轻松完成吊顶石材方案安全性能判定,对安全隐患发出警示,督促技术人员调整石材方案,直至满足安全性能为止。该SCSD判定程序对保障装饰工程石材吊顶安全有重要的应运价值。
Stone ceiling is widely used in large-scale public building decoration works, once the stone ceiling plate off will be a serious threat to people’s lives and property safety. However, due to the influence of many unfavorable factors such as the market environment and construction site, the safety of stone materials in engineering practice is not in place. Construction technicians need a simple and easy, rigorous and standardized method, the safety of stone ceiling plate accounting, in order to overcome these adverse effects of objective existence, in order to protect the safety of stone ceiling. In this paper, indoor short slot stone ceiling panels as the research object, in accordance with the “metal and stone curtain wall engineering technical regulations,” the relevant provisions of the deduced stone ceiling sheet area conditions need to be satisfied. Based on the analysis of the formula, a new method of judging the safety performance of stone ceiling is proposed, that is, the maximum allowable area is the measure to determine the safety of the stone ceiling plate. Based on this, the author designed the judgment method of short-groove stone ceiling safety (SCSD spreadsheet) on the Excel spreadsheet platform, and realized the computerization of the judgment method. The SCSD judgment procedure can help technicians to easily determine the safety performance of suspended stone solutions, give warnings about potential safety hazards and urge technicians to adjust the stone solutions until the safety performance is met. The SCSD decision-making process to protect the safety of decorative stone ceiling has an important value should be shipped.
