教师在作文时往往更注重写作指导,对文后的批改、讲评重视不够,也有的教师在讲评批改时更注重那些好同学、好作品,对写作能力较差的辅导不够等等。这只能使部分同学的作文能力提高,对大部分学生的收获甚微。学生认识了自己文章的价值,肯动笔写,但大多数学生还是苦于没有材料无话可说,或者材料陈旧没有写作价值。这时就需要教师因势利导地帮助选材、开拓视野。在日常生活中,几乎每个学生都喜欢看电视,而且看完之后无需刻意就能记住。中学生正处在成长发育阶段,对外界事物的探知兴趣非常强烈,所以教师应放开手脚让他们自己去文海一搏,以展示自己的个性风采。相反,在作文中教师给予过多的规定,限制,有些学生未必感兴趣,不利于潜在能力的发挥。
