目的 :制定三七中皂苷成分的含量测定方法。方法 :反相高效液相色谱法 ,蒸发激光散射检测器测定 ,色谱柱C18,流动相乙腈 水 (30∶70 )。结果 :回收率为 10 1.5 7% ,RSD为 1.98%。结论 :该方法可用做控制三七的质量。
Objective : To establish a method for determining the content of saponin in Panax notoginseng. Method: Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography, Evaporative laser light scattering detector, Column C18, Mobile phase acetonitrile water (30:70). Results: The recovery rate was 10 1.5 7% and the RSD was 1.98%. Conclusion: This method can be used to control the quality of Panax.
